Every treatment at Madog Sba takes place in a controlled, hygienic environment, operated in line with UK health and safety regulations and recognised clinical standards.

Infection control — Treatment areas are disinfected between every client. All needles, syringes, and single-use equipment are disposed of immediately after use in approved sharps containers. Clinical waste is collected by licensed contractors. Practitioners follow strict hand hygiene and PPE protocols throughout.

Consent — No treatment begins without a full consultation and signed consent. We check your medical history, discuss your goals, explain any risks, and carry out patch tests where required. You can change your mind or withdraw consent at any point — before or during treatment.

Emergency preparedness — First aid and anaphylaxis kits are maintained on site and checked regularly. All practitioners are trained in first aid, CPR, and emergency response, including the use of adrenaline auto-injectors. Minor complications are managed in-clinic; serious emergencies are escalated to 999 without delay. All incidents are recorded and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Safeguarding — Botox, dermal fillers, and other restricted procedures are not performed on anyone under 18, in line with UK legislation. Proof of age may be requested. We reserve the right to decline any treatment where there are safeguarding concerns, unrealistic expectations, or where proceeding would not be in a client's best interests — and we will always explain our reasoning clearly.
