We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be retained for late cancellations or non-attendance.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may result in your deposit being retained. Clients who do not attend without notice may be asked to pay in full before future bookings are confirmed.
Deposits are taken to secure your appointment. If we ever need to cancel or reschedule on our side, your deposit will always be refunded or transferred in full.
Refunds are not offered for completed treatments, as payment covers the time, expertise, and products involved. Pre-paid treatment courses cannot be refunded once started, but may be transferred to an alternative treatment at our discretion.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you — though your appointment may need to be shortened. If it is too late to proceed safely, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit retained.
