Madog Sba was founded in November 2024 by Betsan Emlyn — a practising nurse whose years of clinical experience shaped a clear vision: a space where the people of Porthmadog could access genuine, personalised care for their health, skin, and well-being.

In 2025, Mari Roberts joined as a partner, bringing further depth and expertise to everything we do. Together, we've built a clinic that feels as welcoming as it is capable.

Our services span aesthetic treatments, skin and hair care, podiatry, reflexology, facial zone lifts, lymphatic drainage, wellness vitamin injections, and weight loss programmes. We also offer ear care and microsuction, biomechanical assessments, MSK services, custom orthotics, nail surgery, and foot reflexology — alongside two independent physiotherapy practitioners who hold regular clinics with us. Whatever brings you through our door, we are likely to have the right expertise under one roof.

We are proud stockists of Noon Aesthetics skincare and Tanyawhitebits self-tan products, so clients can extend and maintain their results at home.
